    Coverage: 3 Months Limited Warranty on motor/pump mechanisms.
    Covered Issues: Motor failure, sensor malfunction, wiring defects upon arrival.

  • Accessories & Hard Goods

    (e.g., Litter Boxes, Leashes, Beds)

    Coverage: 7-Day Defect Guarantee (1-to-1 Exchange).

    Covered Issues: Cracks upon delivery, missing parts, stitching unraveling (unused).

  • Consumables

    (e.g., Vetmomo Supplements, Snacko Treats)

    Coverage: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on sealed items.

    Covered Issues: Compromised seal, expired product sent, wrong item sent.

  • What Is NOT Covered?

    Please note the following exclusions:
