Shipping & Lead Time

What is the lead time for my order?

We strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

West Malaysia: 2 - 5 working days.
East Malaysia: 5 - 10 working days.
*Delivery times may vary during peak sale seasons.

Who is your courier partner?

We primarily use J&T Express and NinjaVan for local deliveries to ensure your pet's goodies arrive safely.

Return & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

What if I received a damaged item?

We're so sorry! If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
